Description

This modern 2 Br duplex has a large open concept living room kitchen with wood floors. The bath is recently remodeled with radiant floor heat. There is a storage shed and covered area out back in the fenced yard. Washer and dryer are in the basement that is unfinished, if they break I am not replacing them. A small pet will be considered with extra security deposit, references and additional monthly rent. There is a completely unfinished basement.

I prefer a 12 month lease. Following is my denial standards list. No smoking. Excellent rental references, Solid Employment references, Credit score of 650 or higher (You are required to get a credit check from Avail rather than give me $ to do it. Then you can use it for other place you applying also.) All adults with must present a credit check No crimes against a person or property in the last 7 years, No drug related crimes, No registered sex offenders, Incomes capable of rent and committed bills, Willing to pay $200 non refundable cleaning fee. You pay your own electricity, I pay WST.
