This is a very nice little place for a mature, reliable person with an income.
Much better than an apartment! No one above, below or next door! Furnished with everything you need! Low key and quiet.
1. Your own, always shaded parking steps outside your front door. You can also use the driveway so there would be 2 spots available to you.
2. Laundry room is also steps outside your door.
3. All utilities paid by landlord.
4. You have your own seperate air conditioning system. You can set the thermostat where you are comfortable.
5. Your own private back yard/patio area! This is not shared with the main house.
Dogs are accepted depending on approval. I do have 3 dogs myself.

This is a GREAT deal for the price. I am selective who I am willing to rent to.
A person over 35 would be preferable (not required but must be responsible and mature) Looking for someone who respects private property, has a job and is able to afford the rent, and pays on time very month.

Fill out the online Zillow application, and include contact info ( phone number would be best) , acceptable applicants will be contacted for a phone interview. If that goes well, we can set up a time for you to view the apartment. Must have rent reference, proof of employment (paystub) and have lived in the Valley at least 6 months.

One dog (or cat) allowed with approval.
Unit has own air conditioning/heating.
Utlities paid by landlord.
Smoking outside only.
$500 refundable security deposit.
First month's rent plus security deposit required to move in.

I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail.
