About this House

What a great home located in an ideal spot, close to the highways, schools and the downtown area! Offering just under 1500 square feet on the main level with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, you will find this one comfortable and offering a nice space. Entry foyer leads to either the front living room and dining room area or back to the cozy family room featuring a wood burning brick fireplace! The kitchen lends easy access to the formal dining area or the family room. There is a small built in table/breakfast area great for mornings when you are quick on the go! The master bedroom has its own private full bathroom with a shower. The deck is just off the family room with steps down to the nice flat backyard! In the basement you will find the second fireplace and with some remodeling could be the focus of a new living area. There are 2 walkout doors, laundry hook-ups and a lot of room for storage.
