The open floor plan is well laid out to take full advantage of the serene and private setting and features gorgeous hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and extensive windows. The large living room area includes an elegant yet inviting fireplace with marble hearth and facing as well as a wall mounted widescreen HDTV. A gourmet kitchen flows to the formal dining area and features granite counters, customer cabinets, a built in Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, double ovens, and a garden window above the double sided stainless steel sink.

The large backyard play area utilizes artificial turf for durability and water saving purposes. The home comes equipped with beach towels, boogie boards, and a large surfboard to help you embrace coastal southern California living. Washer/dryer included. Regularly scheduled gardener and house keeper service also provided. All utilities included in the rent rate up to a $500/month limit. No smoking and no pets.
