"Southlake works perfectly for families with kids who want great schools, parks and shopping. It is bad for singles and people who want to use public transportation. When the 114 construction is finished, the traffic rating may go to good or excellent, but that seems a long way away."

"I live neaby, work and shop in this area. Southlake in general is a fabulous place to live with top rated schools, excellent city government including public safety. There is strong community pride, involvement in many civic organizations and especially with the schools.
