There is plenty of parking on the driveway in front of the house, in front of the garage door, and the opposite side of the garage door. The house is equipped with 4 wall mount security cameras and a front door Ring for added security.

The garage has been upgraded with white tile floors, wall mount wifi garage door opener, a 2 ton ductless air conditioning system and large cabinetry and countertops with a sink and a built in area inside the cabinetry that can fit a large TV. The garage also hosts a large IT rack with a fan that boats a Yamaha receiver, an Amplifier, and a security camera monitor among other things.

He wake up to birds chirping, no helicopters, no sirens, it truly is getting out of the city. It is filled with beautiful trees and the only thing I wish we had was better roads and sidewalks. I would highly recommend Tujunga as an up-and-coming community that is near really good schools in La Crecenta that you can get your children into if you live in Tujunga.I think people try to downplay to hunger because they don’t want people finding this location. I have a lot of people that do deliveries and when they get here they say wow where is this place it’s really cool."
