"Hello Richmond to Lee I’ll leave it there for almost 25 years. It’s good place to grow your keys and your family. It’s a lot of activities. A lot of restaurants in hotel can to Richmond California. Enjoy life. Have a good day."
  • Elias G.
"🤷🏾‍♂️ there are a lot of car thefts and homeless people, the good part and having lots of stores nearby, like pharmacies and large and small markets"
  • Jessica S.
"Owners never pick up after their dogs and if you have a small dog, it can be scary since so many of them are off-leash."
  • Sérgio C.
"your Silence and respect, I don’t care about your life, and, don’t want he looking mine. It’s it. Not more only good life good vides "
  • Donniefernandez
"Lots of cars always speeding. I would not let dog off leash even if your dog is well trained. Be careful of owners who has aggressive dogs. "
  • Alhassan S.
"There is absolutely nothing unique about this neighborhood. People are very snobby and rude. They drive very fast, tailgate and break all the road rules. Smoke everywhere and use obscene language everywhere. Car breaking is the new norm. They come to gated communities and vandalize people’s vehicles. Rough!"
  • Lynn
"I have visited Richmond country club area several times in the past year. It is very clean, neat and beautiful. Hilltop driver is so beautiful with a lot of trees and flowers. It is so convenient within short distance to hilltop malls and state park. I have checked the crime report in the past. It has been all green (no crime incident). Maybe due to security patrol each day. Its school is not excellent. But it has Middle College high school ranked 8 and Montalvin Manor Elementary School ranked 6. It is definitely a Gem in the east bay. "
