Large two car garage with plenty of storage and an attached side shed/workroom. Front and backyard maintenance is included with the lease. Within one mile of Lowe's Grocery store and Topsail schools. One mile from the intercoastal and two marina's, for the boat lovers. 12 miles to Topsail Island and its beautiful beaches, and 12 miles to Wilmington.

This is a Non Smoking Residence. Well behaved pets ok, two dog limit. Cats ok. There will be a one time pet deposit of $500. Renters will be responsible for water, power, and trash. Water is set up through Pender County utilities and runs anywhere from $45-125, varies by month. Power can be as high as $300 in the summertime, depending on your indoor temperature preference, (Duke Energy). Trash & recycling can either be collected weekly or you can drop off at your leisure; dump station is less than a mile away. Owners will pay for bi-monthly yard maintenance.
