We are located on the central east coast of Florida and front for a mile directly on the Intra coastal waterway, just one mile west of the beaches at New Smyrna and are surrounded by Cape Canaveral National Seashore.

We are a beautiful waterfront adult community in the very best part of Florida. Beautiful homes, among trees, lots of trees not just palms and pines, but oaks, magnolias, cedars, sweet gums, and other centuries-old hardwoods.

At Edgewater Landing there's never a lack of things to do. Our multi-million dollar recreation center makes this a resort lifestyle community second-to-none. The award-winning recreation center includes a large clubhouse complex, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, heated swimming pool, hot spa, horse shoe pits, bocci courts, and much more. The Clubhouse includes a large waterfront party room, card and billiard room, arts and crafts facilities, exercise and fitness rooms, complete wood working shop and, on top of all that, all of our water front facilities. Boat docks, boat launching ramps, fishing and boat watching pier, all right on the main channel of the Intra coastal waterway, only 4 miles from the Ponce Inlet into the Atlantic Ocean. This area offers some of the finest fishing you'll ever experience.

This park accepts adults any age but no one under 18 or in school. Tenant
pays $ 2,000.00 month plus electric and water bill. Owner pays internet and cable. Smoking restricted to outdoors only. You will sign a lease from the owners prior to entering. We require first, last and security deposit(equal to 1 month of rent) to move in. Pets are okay but is restricted to 2 cats or 2 small dogs less than 40 pounds and still must be addressed with owners. There is a pet deposit of $ 200.00 upon move in. Tenant will have all access to parks amenities including clubhouse, parties, pool, fitness center etc. Only 2 vehicles on site allowed by HOA. Gated entrance.
