71 Maple Street is fully renovated 1800 sqft home. This square footage does not include the 900 sq ft dry, very large and well lit basement.

The first floor has freshly refinished hardwood floors throughout. The Kitchen, First Floor Full Bath and Second Floor Full Bath which have new ceramic tile.

The kitchen has all new appliances; a large volume french door fridge, range with induction top, full size microwave and dishwasher.

The dining room is large and can easily entertain 10-12.

The Living Room is nice size with tons of light and has a big bay window facing the front of the home.

The first floor has a brand new full bath with rainshower, shower wand and extra deep soak tub. The controls for the bath are push button. The bath has great storage in a wide, new vanity.

Three bedrooms are on the first floor, two larger bedrooms and one smaller. All three bedroom have tons of light throughout the day.

The second floor suite has great privacy and runs the entire width of the home.

The current setup: Master Bedroom upstairs with a door on the first floor for complete privacy. Two bedrooms on the first floor are set as offices and one as a guest room.

The second floor bath is a large new bath with large tiled shower, tiled floors and large closet and has separate wifi controlled heat for early winter mornings. The second floor has beautiful new soft laminate floors. Second floor has separate wifi controlled A/C as well and can easily handle a king bed. The second wifi controlled AC keeps the expenses low at night.

The 900 sq ft Full Basement is very brightly lit, dry and freshly painted.
It has a large laundry area with large capacity laundry and large laundry folding table. The basement has tons of room for possible a game room, workshop and office space.

The Garage is large and deep. It can fit an SUV.
Note:Vehicle charging can be installed with some Tenant expense.

The back yard is completely private and the lawn is manicured and managed.

The Organic Garden in the backyard is very large and is solely for the tenant.

The snow removal (Tenant clears all stairs and walkway) and mowing are managed by the Landlord.

Tenant covers all expenses: Propane(Heat), Electric, Garbage removal, Water and Sewer bills.

Landlord pays for and upkeeps Landscaping.
