Rent is $1750 per month 1-year lease. Landlord requires 1 month security deposit and 1st month's rent to move in. There is a $39 application fee (non-refundable) per tenant. Landlord pays water. Tenants pay all other utilities gas, electric, waste disposal (approx $130/mo.)
