Seeking a respectful and cleanly tenant/roommate in my 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home. Must be child friendly (10yo) and pet friendly (I petsit). Room available for $$615+utilities split three ways ($115ish). $615 deposit.

Ideal tenant doesn't leave dishes in the sink and cleans without being asked

I'll probably ask you to come boat, jetski, and kayak as I am a lakerat.

Roommate 1: Me! 32 F Homeowner. Charter boat captain and petsitting services provider. Will ask you to boat/kayak/jetski. Frequently gone on adventures.

Roommate 2: Also a 32 F. Single mom to 10 year old boy. May be moving at the end of summer.

The tranquility and humanity of the people are very precious, especially when they all gather together. The square of denton organizes magnificent events that are curated by the owners of every business located in denton. I really recommend denton and its traditions to all people, especially to students that come from different states of the USA, but also from other countries. There are many restaurants, ice cream places, bars, and warming coffee shops that make people feel at home. I lived here for two years during my time at UNT, and I really had so much fun in the town with my friends and classmates. It is very easy to find houses and apartments to stay living peacefully in denton tx. All these characteristics make southeast denton very special."
