The cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, screened in porch and ample riverfront access.
- Newly remodeled kitchen with electric stove and oven, fridge, toaster, microwave, and air fryer
- Main room includes kitchen, living room, indoor/outdoor spaces, screened in porch and island seating.
- Vaulted ceilings with reclaimed pine beetle planks.
- New Hard Wood with Heated wood floors in main living area, bedrooms are carpeted.
- Screened in porch with large counter/window opening for indoor outdoor seating. Outdoor fan for screened porch
- Brand new efficient wood burning stove
- 2 bedrooms (main bedroom with Queen Bed and second bedroom with three twins + trundle
- Remodeled bathroom with walk in shower
- Heated floors in main living area, electric baseboard heat in bedrooms and bathroom
- well water has water softener and filters

Easy access, even in winter. Downtown Lyons is 11 miles away. Allenspark/Ferncliff 5 minutes. Boulder/Longmont being 30 minutes away. Riverside Drive is paved and county maintained but has very little traffic.

Location is in along Riverside Drive and the cabin is located on a grassy level area with aspen, pine, and fir. Absolutely gorgeous. Just move in, sit back, and enjoy the sounds of the creek.

2 people max. No laundry facilities. Nearest laundry is in Allenspark.

Minimum 3 months. Owner pays for water and septic. Electrical budget of $100/month. Internet included.

    "I live in this area and it is sometimes shocking how beautiful and serene it is. Surrounded by national forests and trails, you can find stunning rock outcroppings, smooth rock rivers and fields of wild flowers. The community is respectful of privacy but extremely helpful if needed-- as witnessed in the floods. Lyons is a close 10 miles away with a vibrant art and music community and delicious restaurants. Estes park is about 15 minutes away, which is where Rocky Mountain National Park is. There is a ton of wildlife too. Definitely a slice of heaven. "

    "Ride 20 or more miles of amazing singletrack and then hit Oskar Blues for great food and beer (and maybe a show). Or just hang by the river and read a book while tubers float by. Plenty to do in Lyons, lots of friendly folks, and a mellow atmosphere make it a great place to live. "
