About this House

Kitchen was completely updated in 2009 with custom cherry cabinets, custom tile flooring and backsplash, solid surface counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. All plumbing was replaced with Wirsbo tubing and copper pipe. There isn't a single inch of galvanized pipe in the house. The pipe from the meter to the house has also been replaced with Wirsbo tubing. Windows are all vinyl double hung with tilt out feature for easy cleaning from inside the house. Roof was completely removed, resheeted and replaced with 25 year composite shingles in 2003. Bathroom was remodeled in 2007. The house has both a heat pump for heating and air conditioning along with a gas furnace. The gas water heater was replaced in 2007. There is a full dry unfinished basement just waiting for the right person to finish it. The outside paint has had a major overhaul in the last two years as well. The front yard was landscaped with a beautiful retaining wall, lawn and TUGS in 2006. There are two large maple trees in the front and a huge Linden tree in the back yard that provide a beautiful surrounding and refreshing shade in the summer. This is an adorable and very well maintained and updated post war home just a block away from Aldrich Park that is move in ready.

    "We have lived in the same house for 51 years. Our neighborhood is quite, caring, and considerate. We don't even have an animal problem. People walk with their pets on a leash. and most of the time pick up after their pets. The neighborhood is flat, easy to walk, bike, jog etc.. A great place to raise a family. At night it cools down because of McKay Creek. "
