About this House

This house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a large, covered, back patio. This house has a lot updates which include: new roof with ridge vent for maximum efficiency, scrapped popcorn off ceilings and replaced with a orange peel texture, up to date tile through out, insulated tubs you can actually bathe in comfortably, granite countertops and new kitchen appliances. Oh yeah, it's located in Springhill isd! (The best school district in longview). The house will be ready in about a week on Friday, June 26 but can show it earlier). This house is nicer than the one I live in. Should rent pretty quick. I'll show it anytime.
