This is a sublet at a reduced rent ($100.00) for fast rental since I had to move before the expiration date of the lease to a new job. I am so sorry to leave this beautiful house in a best area of Eastern Market, so close to metro. I enjoyed living with this wonderful group of friends. The group is now made of three girls and one guy, and it works so nicely.
