If you are looking for a neighborhood which is new and provides comfort and privacy you should not miss this one !!

NextGen Suite has 1 Bedroom, a separate living area with a little kitchenette and has its own private entrance. The decent size bedroom is attached with a full size bathroom. The cute little kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and a portable induction stove (provided on request). There is a dedicated washer and dryer in the unit.

There is a great accessibility to grocery stores and Costco, Kaiser hospital, and California State University at San Marcos within a mile distance. For avid hikers, the property is very close to Discovery Lake and double peak trailhead. There is easy access to freeway 78.

Utilities - Included. ( The tenant should be considerate on using the utilities and avoid misuse) . Charges will be passed if misuse and excessive use of utilities is observed over a period of time.
Road side parking available.
The lease agreement will be for 4 months only.
