We watch out for each other but also mindful of privacy. I do have to use my car to run errands. The downtown is well thought out except for a shortage of parking which makes it difficult to attend town green events. Windsor has grown a lot since '92 it has become a great place to live."

If you don't want to get involved - no one pushes you, but they do look out for each other. That was also another blessing for my family and me.
