The definition of classic "horse country" where anyone can easily see foals playing each spring and often share the road with four-hooved vehicles throughout the seasons. Here, parents can still let their kids go off with their friends, ALONE, for a walk to get a snack, see a movie, go to the park or for a day at the pool.
