This beautiful historic Craftsman style house was built in 1921 and has been totally remodeled and updated. Spacious with a little over 2,260 square feet including a large kitchen with walk-in pantry, 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room and laundry room. New blinds have been installed throughout the main level. The house has heart pine hardwood floors in every room with the exception of the bathrooms which are tile. The house is full of character and details as shown in the pictures. The French doors separating the living room and dining room are original to the house as are the fireplace mantels in the living room, dining room, master bedroom and middle bedroom. The fireplaces are non working, however, the dining room fireplace has an electric insert with flames that can heat or be used just for the ambiance. The house has central heat and air. Each of the two bedrooms upstairs have new ductless split heating and air conditioning units with remote controls.

The kitchen was totally remodeled with granite counter tops, an island, LG stainless appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The sink has three sections and a garbage disposal.

The rooms are large and have 10 foot ceilings. Each room on the main level has decorator light fixtures. The master bathroom has a dressing room area with a vanity and wide closet. This room and a walk in shower and toilet area is separated by a door for privacy.

There is an attached two-car carport. Weekly city garbage pickup with container furnished. Yard maintenance is provided.

This home is located in the East End School district, Getty's Middle and Easley High School

The front yard and back yard are both fenced in on a very large lot. The house is within a 5 to10 minute walk to all that Easley has to offer, You can be in Greenville in 20 minutes, Clemson in 25 minutes and Anderson within 30 minutes.

One small dog less than 25 lbs will be allowed with an extra security deposit of $300.00. No cats are allowed. No smoking.

One year lease at $2,250.00 per month and a security deposit of $2,250.00 due at signing. PLEASE NOTE: Must have credit score of 650 or higher

    "Great area. Wyatt Oaks is a safe and quiet area. Friendly people and nice houses. Big yards. Been here 18 years and never had a problem. The schools are great and there are many great places to eat, not far from all kinds of shopping and I-85. Atlanta is about 2.5 hours away and Greenville is about 15 minutes! Lots of great things to do!"
