We collect a security deposit of $665 (refundable) a long with the first months rent, pets are welcome we require an additional $200 pet deposit (refundable) and $25 per month for pets. We also require that pet owners carry renters insurance. We charge $25 per occupant of 18 yrs and older for applications. Move quickly because this property will not last.

We've lived here for 5 years and love it. Everyone is kind and inviting. The only downside is the gun range, which is not moving any time soon.
