About this House

Come see this nice 2 bedroom 1 bathroom ranch with a very large car port in a convenient location. Enjoy the unique a custom double sided fire place and durable vinyl plank flooring. There is a spacious kitchen with lots of cabinet space. 2 Good sized bedrooms and one full bathroom. Outside enjoy the private back yard, rocking chair front porch and the oversized carport. House is being leased "As Is" due to cosmetic imperfections.

NO SECTION 8. Small pets accepted on a case by case basis. No smoking inside. Deposit starting at $995 (pending strength of application). Each adult applicant 18yrs and older living in home will be required to pay a $50 non-refundable application fee.

All of our rental properties are set up for self-scheduled viewing. You can tour the home at your convenience without having to make an appointment. You will find a lockbox on the door with a key inside. When you get to the Rently website, type in the address of the property you are wanting to tour, and they will walk you through the process of registering with them, or after you've registered, how to get the code to the lockbox.

It's important to know that the code to the lockbox will only last for one hour. If that code expires before you are able to get to the property, you will need to visit the website again and get a new code.

    "I love Kannapolis. I moved here to get away from the craziness of Charlotte and it's been great. Everyone is usually friendly around my neighborhood and I know most of my neighbors. It's quiet at night and there's not much light pollution. Kids are always playing outside and there's a dog in every yard. There's a plethora of parks to choose from around here and the neighborhoods have sidewalks. The only real downsides are loose dogs running around and hanging about in the road. Some yards are also not well maintained and have lots of trash etc. Lots of dilapidated and abandoned buildings. "
