LEASE TERMS

Pet Allowance: Up to 2 cats or dogs are permitted per apartment. Please reach out if you have other animals in mind.
Pet Deposit: A refundable pet deposit of $300 per cat or dog is required at lease signing.
Pet Rent: An additional $50 per pet, per month, will be added to the monthly rent.
Pet Care: Pets must be kept on a leash when outside the apartment.
Noise & Disturbance: Excessive noise or aggressive behavior may result in the revocation of pet privileges.
Waste Management: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately and disposing of waste in designated areas.
Vaccinations & Licenses: Pets must be up-to-date on all vaccinations and licensing. Proof may be required.
Pet Inspection: The landlord reserves the right to inspect the apartment for damage caused by pets, with 48-hour notice, during the lease term.
