"The Community I love the Most Is the Babe James/ Police Athletic League.. We love our kids amd want them safe and involved in community. "
  • Denita S.
"We have lived in this community for a few years and we love it. The people who live here year round are great and any unfortunate problems we've witnessed were with visitors and out of town property owners but those are few and far between. This is a great place for outdoor activities and raising a family. "
  • Beach Girl
"Wonderful friendly neighborhood. Beautiful lakes. Quiet, safe area. Close to shopping and beaches. Homes and yards well-kept. Bike and walking trails. Dog-friendly. "
  • Shawn
"its quiet and friendly. having a pool without having to maintain it is nice. not many children in the neighborhood. "
  • Lorianne
"We have a quiet family neighborhood with multi generation's of homeowners you can feel secure walking at night and people are friendly without being intrusive "
  • Starfishpropertyteam C.
"We are a quiet residential neighborhood where everyone kind keeps an eye out for each other but not intrusive Walking neighborhood with access to Sugar Mill CC & Golf Course via golf cart too "
  • Anon
"I have great neighbours where I live. Code enforcement is not very evenly enforced, though, especially on the historic west side. Too bad because many folks there really take pride in their homes but values are ruined by the few who don't."
  • Callerniehatton
"The homes are actually underpriced primarily because there are few on the market and those sell quickly. Check the square footage. It is primarily a 50 plus community. We love it. Close to great shopping. It canโ€™t be beat for retirement . Some units are about 2,000 sq. Ft. Plus two car garage. The smallest units are about 1350!"
  • Kysmooth1877
"Canal Street Historic District. Can walk to many great shops and restaurants! I love NSB and this neighborhood! "
  • Jerusha321
"Quiet street you can walk your dog without worrying about being hit by a car. It could use a dog park"
  • Starfishteam
"peaceful quiet well maintained neighborhood close to commercial areas beach river and easy access to major highways airports trains ports "
  • Rager
"It is a quiet neighborhood as in people don't argue loudly or have loud parties. You can frequently hear the train and emergency vehicles. People on my street are friendly and keep their lawns neat and tidy. People walk their dogs in the morning and evening, but since there are no sidewalks they have to walk them in the street. It is 1 mile from shopping, dentist, doctors and gyms. Schools are less than 10 minutes. It is 3 miles from the beach and nightlife. A lot of people ride bikes and adult trikes around the area, so a car isn't strictly necessary if you like to walk or bike."
  • Robwansalomon
"I like this area, nice place to vacation and live, near Beach and pool beautiful area to be at with family "
  • Coolrockz
"Safe and quiet neighborhood that I have lived in for a long time. Unfortunately we have to move and it is hard packing up 16 years of our life. We have great neighbors and we will miss them!"
