AVAILABILITY:
Monthly rentals are available between February 9, 2026 - April 30, 2026. This rate does not apply to October 2026 - April 2027 rental.

This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.

STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.

FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters' insurance, or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant's expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.

RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

Occupancy 10: Three Night minimum rental in Summer. Minimum two night stay other seasons.
Bedding Recap: 3 Queens, 2 Queen sized sleeper sofas.
Parking: Parking for four vehicles - two under the carport and two more stacked in the driveway. Large trucks/SUV's may not fit comfortably.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets
Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.

DESCRIPTION:
Close to the Beach yet quiet and shaded Townhome in the Oak trees! Just a block away from a beach access, this Townhome Duplex located south of the center of Kure Beach has everything you need to enjoy a special getaway with friends or family. Spacious and comfortable, "Shore to Please" is situated on a quiet street within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the famous Kure Beach pier! Bring your rod and make some wonderful memories by serving up your catch of the day.
"Shore to Please" is a spacious 3+ bedroom, 4 bath Townhome Duplex. It boasts a large well-appointed kitchen on the main level, along with a living room (including sleeper sofa) and small dining area. There are also two Queen Bedrooms on this level, each with a full bathroom attached. The top floor offers another Queen suite with an attached master bath and a private balcony. The lower floor has an efficiency apartment and is accessed from the carport area. The queen-sized sleeper sofa, along with a kitchenette and full bathroom make for a easily access in-law suite or perhaps you will use it as a kids gaming area, or a midday lunch retreat from the beach.

Nearby attractions include the civil war museum (look for info on the Ft. Fisher Hermit) and the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher. The live oaks at Fort Fisher are a perfect back drop for photos. Water sports are in abundance nearby with charter fishing, jet ski rental, surfing lessons, and sea kayaking! Want to golf? A challenging golf course is less than 10 minutes away. Whether it is sunbathing on the beach, sightseeing, watching a free outdoor movie on Sunday nights at the Lake in Carolina Beach, renting scooters or a golf cart, there is lots to do on Pleasure Island!
