They would rather act like police officers. Bullying is a pervasive problem at CHS and the administration's lack of action only exacerbates the issue. Rather than implementing proactive measures to address academic challenges, the administration turns a blind eye, leaving students to flounder without proper guidance or resources.Facilities at Cleburne are in a state of disrepair, with inadequate maintenance contributing to an unpleasant and potentially hazardous learning environment. My experience with Smith Middle School, now Smith Intermediate, has been a good one over the years. Many great student leaders got their start at this school. The teachers genuinely care for their students and plan fun interactive lessons to spur the best possible learning opportunities. I have had one child go through this school, and she loved her teachers. We have a reputation for a great fine arts program. Our principals are creative and inspiring. Love Smith!

This school is horrible. The teachers here don't care about your mental health, and all the kids are doing drugs or cutting themselves on the wrist. I went here for 2 years and I hate it. There are so many fights and so many kids being guns to the school. Always vaping in the bathroom. The teachers do nothing about fighting. The only good thing about the school is the cop he's nice. But even the water they have there is sometimes brown and it tastes and smells like chlorine.

We love Cooke! The staff and admin are extremely encouraging and supportive to students, families and teachers. They focus on positive reinforcement and encourage acceptance and community. My children have excelled and I have had great communication with teachers. Couldn’t ask for better!
