About this House

New Year, New Home Chance in Austell! Welcome to this roomy 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome in Austell. It has comfort, privacy, and a great location all together. Even better, it shares only one wall with a neighbor, so it feels more private than many other townhomes. When you walk in, you'll see a bright living room with a ceiling fan and sliding glass doors. The doors open to a quiet deck with trees behind it. It's a nice place to relax or spend time with friends and family. The kitchen has space to eat, newer stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and oven, and a breakfast bar for quick meals or morning coffee. There is also a half bathroom on the main floor for guests. Upstairs are two large bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The layout gives each person their own space and privacy. The home is in an established neighborhood with no HOA. It is close to I-20, stores, restaurants, and everyday needs, so it's easy to get around. The price is good, and the home is ready for you to add your own style and touches. It's a great way to start the new year in a place you can call your own. Rental rules are simple. We look at your rental history, not your credit score. If you have paid rent well, have no rental collections, and no evictions, you may qualify. "I see dog walkers regularly. There are parks nearby and there will be a small neighborhood park finished by early next year. "
  • Jacar26
"There are trails are nearby and yards are big enough for dogs with run in when fenced in. The majority of the neighborhoods I’ve walked in doesn’t have pets just roaming around "
  • Cin I.
"Diversity in the people who live here and variety of shops. Location is attractive also, proximity to Downtown "
  • Shaquala C.
"It has security and police come do their checks to make sure community is at peace. It could be better though"
  • Shaquala C.
"We have the Epic Center up the road from me for the adults and children. It has a arcade game room and a place to wok out in the gym. I’m pretty sure there are some other activities there like bowling, etc"
  • Tennille B.
"I commute to Dandy Sidings and it takes me about 30 minutes in morning rush hour and about 45 in evening rush hour. Not a bad ride all in all. I do not have to get on the highway pretty much to get anywhere from where I live and that comes in handy. There is a bus route close, never used it but i do see a number of folks utilizing the bus line. "
  • Kanarielle J. R.
"It depends on where you’re going and coming but you can get basically anywhere in the metro area in a decent time "

  • Kaysheree
"Short drive to surrounding counties/towns. Traffic flows really well. Only 15 minutes to Downtown Atlanta. Many different ways to get to Atlanta. "
  • Csloan82
"My commute is horrible. The Atlanta metro area in general needs better public transportation. It is really hard getting from point A to B if you don’t have a vehicle. "
  • Melanie S.
"Just be respectful and the people will be respectful back. However, there are a lot of cops that drive around the area. "
  • Jamal C.

  • desi
"No real public transit but always easy access to 20 and hardly ever traffic and easy cut through to 285 via Veterans Memorial"
  • Lisathetherapist
"Nothing. There is nothing different or unique about this neighborhood. It’s very busy with restaurants and drug store tire shops and of course Walmart but no sole proprietorships or anything that would make others want to be here. The garbage in my complex is a huge problem but it’s pretty safe and I appreciate that above all."
  • Keren J. J.
"There are a lot of dogs and cats wondering alone. You wouldn't like dogs barking at you while you are walking. "
  • Aijonea2004
"They would like it it’s a very pet friendly environment .everyday I leave the house I see at least three different dogs ,and the owners are very nice"
