A limited golf package is available in the transfer of membership with your stay for both the Jack Nicklaus links and the executive course and all standard club house amenities, please inquire as to specific details. Also included: Guest Privileges at Deer Crest Lodge, Stag Lodge during ski season and year-round privileges at St. Regis pool, club and spa. Red Ledges HOA requires a 90 day minimum lease period. Membership must be transferred from the homeowner to the tenant which takes approximately 2 weeks and requires a background check on the tenant by the HOA. The cost to transfer the membership is paid for by the homeowner. Utilities are included. Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the home. All outside maintenance of the home is provided by the HOA and the homeowner. A $1000 cleaning fee is also required which includes one interim stay clean plus a deep clean after check out. The cost to replace and damaged linens or towels will be deducted from the security deposit after check out.
