Also included: Guest Privileges at Deer Crest Lodge, Stag Lodge during ski season and year-round privileges at St. Regis pool, club and spa. Red Ledges HOA requires a 90 day minimum lease period. Membership must be transferred from the homeowner to the tenant which takes approximately 2 weeks and requires a background check on the tenant by the HOA. The cost to transfer the membership is paid for by the homeowner. Utilities are included. Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the home. All outside maintenance of the home is provided by the HOA and the homeowner. A $1000 cleaning fee is also required which includes one interim stay clean plus a deep clean after check out. The cost to replace and damaged linens or towels will be deducted from the security deposit after check out.
