 Large backyard with some grass, 2 super large planter boxes for fruits and vegetables.
Bedrooms are large and master bedroom is very large. Family room has vaulted ceiling and lots of windows letting in good light. Backyard is private, no neighbors can view you. Large ceramic pots in backyard for you to plant flowers etc.
There are 2 patios one in front and one in back. Home is updated aesthetically with many beautiful touches. This is a very nice home with many upgrades. No carpet, all high end wood look floor.

Lease term is one year then month to month after that. Move in could possibly be early May or later in May. Renter pay all utilities, etc.

    "Anywhere in Redding is approx 15 minutes. Car thefts are high. Theft in general is high. Beautiful city. We moved here in 1991 and the parks were safe for kids. Now, kids come upon syringes etc. making it unsafe. The homeless problem is horrible as they steal and are at every corner begging for money. I’m so looking forward to leave this city after retirement. Mount Shasta and SHASTA lake are nearby. Mt Lassen is also close by to the East. Beautiful areas for hiking. "

I drive to work and have to pass all the homeless in the community park by the library n next to police station lots of fight I can’t go to library. People passed out on sidewalks downtown redding. Why do I pay taxes for police here they dont do much"
