Enter through a private, gated front courtyard that connects to the backyard complete with a newly installed pergola, overhead fan, and lighting for evening relaxation or dining.

The large, bright living room features a wood-burning fireplace.

Fully equipped kitchen includes a dining nook, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, Whirlpool French-door refrigerator, and optional bottom-loading hot/cold water dispenser.
