No City taxes or HOA, Public water. Lots of parking too, 3 spaces in front and a driveway on the left that can easily handle 2 cars or other types of vehicles. This is one of a kind. Thanks.

Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
