"We have lived in this neighborhood for 11+ years and have loved it. The people are wonderful and there has been very little turnover in the neighborhood, several of our neighbors have lived here for 20-40 years. There are several kids in the neighborhood and our children have played together. You can walk to downtown for all of the festivals, Blast Friday event and concerts. It is also very close to the wonderful shops and restaurants in Downtown Dunedin. "
