Affordable and comfortable duplex rental in Nipomo. Landlord pays water water,trash gas,and electric. Large 1 bedroom with attached office/spare room, 1&1/2 bath.and full kitchen. Very large private enclosed patio with new awning. Sorry no pets.
Open house on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, June 4th, 5th and 6th from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. Please respect adjoining tenant and do not attempt to access property outside of open house hours.

No smoking of any kind inside of residence. Tenant is responsible for landscape maintenance in their area.

    "We moved here because its rural, but after having children and not having sidewalks it is not exactly a perfect family place unless you like driving your kids everywhere. The privacy is great, but again, its nothing like living in the burbs where you can walk safely to the store on a sidewalk on a busy street. But, I will say they love it here and if you want mellow, then this is totally the place for you. Horse and pet friendly!"
