Since 2020, the house has been occupied by GFU students or alumni and the first time it's been advertised since then. Unit is main level and upstairs only. There is an additional basement unit with seperate entrance and seperate utilities. (occupied).

**Utilities INCLUDED WITH YOUR RENT: Water, sewer, garbage. That's a $200 - $250 saving per month from other rentals of similar size.
