* velour tufted sofa with nailhead trim ottoman, Smart Bluetooth QLED TV with all streaming apps - 360 degree swivel,

 * vintage chic dining set,

* workspace with ergonomic chair and blazing fast wifi, 880mbps

 * full sparkling bathroom with marble silver shower beckons after a long day fan, hairdryer, fully stocked amenities and lotions galore,

 * private cedar fenced courtyard with sun lounges, daybed, large dining set with sunbrella and private entry.

The healing energy here of love and care, my guests tell me, is exceptionally effective for a dreamy nights sleep tucked in with quality bedding, mattress and mattress and pillow protectors.

The outdoor patio beckons gentle conversation, stillness over morning coffee, basking in the endless sun or evening star-gazing on the lounges.

With 2 back to back doors for extra sound proofing, the Villa is attached to one room in the main house (a solid, fully remodeled, single family home) where one adult lives; the main house bedrooms are clear on the other end of the property from the suite.

Fast WIFI and full cell service allows you access to the world as required.

The street and neighborhood are sweet and serene and safe.

Around one corner 10 minutes walk from your front door you will find hiking/biking trails (Old Post, Carol Canyon, Ridge, Skywalker, Bandit connecting to Airport Loop) illuminating sterling, unsurpassed views & around another corner equal distance in the other direction you can enjoy fine eateries, spas, wholesome grocery stores, cinema, gym & devotional spaces. Thunder Mountain, Chimney Rock, Schuermann, Pyramid loop to Scorpion are a little further at a 5 minute drive away and Doe and Bear Mountain trails to the west and Brins Mesa to the east are a 10 minute drive away.     "The majority of people in the area are retired. Schools are closing due to not having enough kids living in the area. The food is horrible unless your from the west coast. They don’t know what real Italian food is. The closest you can get to pizza is in the frozen food in a grocery store. The local people are always angry about the tourist. Traffic is getting like California. Too many people from CA are here visiting and buying houses here. So that means your dealing with stupid people. "
