Renovated in 2021, the apartment has a stove, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, huge walk-in closet and energy efficient mini-splits for heating and cooling. Water and trash collection is included in rent. No Pets allowed and No Smoking in the building. Application with $35 fee is required, and must have satisfactory criminal and credit background checks.

Landlord pays for water and trash pickup. Initial lease is 6 months with a deposit of $1,000. Smoking is not allowed in the building(s) or within 25 ft of the entrances. Pets are not allowed and all renters must provide evidence of Renter's insurance, as described in the lease.
