Near schools and plenty of restaurants, plus ON-SITE LAUNDROMAT. 3 minutes walk to Q64 bus, and 10 minutes walk to Q20A/B.

Owner pays for water and heat. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed. Small pets (up to 20 pounds) permitted.
