Newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment with all of the amenities. Full kitchen with garbage disposal. Washer/Dryer unit in apartment. 1 Full Bathroom. A/C unit/Central Air to be installed in the spring of 2025. Location is conveniently located in downtown Plattsburgh. Close to SUNY Plattsburgh and CVPH- Part of the UVM Health Network. These apartments will be smoke free. Smoking outside building ONLY. We prefer no animals unless they are a service animal. Service animals will require a portion of your security deposit upon leaving to go towards a deep cleaning of the apartment by a professional cleaning company. We prefer to use our own cleaning service. The tenant will be given a detailed invoice from the cleaning company so he/she knows the expense and how much will be taken out of the security deposit for the cleaning. Photos of apartment to be added soon.

1 YEAR LEASE

NO SMOKING inside the apartment/apartment building. Must smoke outside. If this rule is violated. No security deposit will be returned.

Off Street parking will be available for $172.00 for the year in the City parking lots. This parking is the tenant's responsibility. We will give you these details as far as how to apply. There is a designated parking spot next to the apartment building that will be an unloading/loading spot only. It is a shared parking spot between the 4 apartments therefore parking for a long length of time is prohibited.

NO PETS! Service animals may be accepted but would require an additional fee of $250.00 minimum per month (depends upon animal). There is also an additional cleaning service as it will vary depending upon animal.

In addition this building is a quiet building. Please do not apply if you are noisy and/or are not willing to be ok with quiet hours that exist in this building.

We encourage all tenants to get/have renters insurance
