They were built in 1939 and has been renovated to include upgrades such as granite kitchen counter tops, cherry wood cabinetry, upgraded bathroom fixtures as well as private garage, storage cage, and attic storage space (* Active Duty Military - application & deposit requirements are waived ** ; Active Duty Military members - rent is equivalent to BAH with dependents.)

Rent includes all basic utilities. (ie gas, trash, water, and electric) Low application fee of $25.00!
