Downstairs there is a large living space that would work well for an entertainment center and is great for relaxing on hot summer days. Additionally downstairs is the master bedroom and a fifth bedroom off the living space. The master bedroom has an attached tiled bathroom with tub separate shower, toilet and sink. The utility storage space downstairs comes with a washer and dryer. This is a larger utility space and would be good for personal storage.

The house has an attached two car garage with extra depth for a work space. Above the garage is a storage space that can be used as a pantry or for longer term storage. There is parking for 6 vehicles. Installed is an automatic garage door opener for convenience. The front yard is moderate sized and has several juvenile trees. The larger back yard is fenced and comes with a small storage shed. This house is set up well to meet most any groups needs.

The house is heated via forced air furnace which comes with central A/C in the summer. There is a wired smoke alarm in each bedroom and a carbon monoxide detector on each floor in the hallway.
