Beautiful hardwood flooring. Living area and dining area. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Separate laundry area. 1 bedroom and bath downstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs. Small fenced yard that tenant has to maintain. Non-functioning fireplace cannot be used. Total electric. House has heat pump for heating and AC. No smoking allowed inside property. Pets are not allowed.
