"I’ve lived here for years. It’s mostly safe. The plasma place kind of brought the value down because a lot of people tha aren’t locals hang around and ask for money near some of the stores. My block is pretty quiet though. "

"It’s very quiet and peaceful and a great place to live a very nice area to raise your kids a nice place to have family gatherings groceries stores are in walking distance "

"You see people walking their dogs. All dogs are cared for and clean up after their dogs. There aren’t a lot of dogs either so you don’t hear constant barking all the time either."

"the crime is relatively low and we have no problems with our neighbors. the kids are also relatively respectful if you do have an issue you can talk to the parents directly and they are polite"
