Description

second floor in owner occupied 2 family home Owners are great they are in their 50 s and all their kids are up and out of the property so it is quiet . fireplace livingroom full dining room modern eat in kitchen with dishwasher and disposal three bedrooms 2 porches separate driveway for the unit from the owners on a culdesac on the west newton line . easy access to the T and Moody st is one block away anf you would be 1/5th of a mile from Newton so access to the mass pike 128 and more . great location Moody st is awesome so much to do restaurants and shops galore and quite the night life Moody st is called the Newbury street of the suburbs . Access to the T is awesome . short drive to riverside station in newton as well . The previous tenants left behind a working washer and dryer and they are in the back hallway not the basement. there is no real yard to share instead the entire back yard is a big vegetable garden and Grape vines make the view awesome from the open back porch . . If a couple take the place we can even negotiate a slightly lower rent like 2250 do to the less use of water which is the landlord responsibilty and is very expensive gas heat gas hot water and gas cooking unit has all younger window . You want space and charm you get it with this unit may even negotiate on a dog for the right people . and a quick occupancy . Martha Z re 781-891-1888

we would like a lease to end in the summer so option is open to a short lease through 8/31 or a long lease through may 31 2018 . non smoking interior . off street parking in tandem for up to three cars separate form the first floor unit all together .
