No smoking......One CERTIFIED Service dog IS allowed. Preferably non shedding. All applicants must submit application to Park for approval. $85 for single applicant and $150 for two. Two months of refundable security deposit equal to two months rent must be paid in advance. PARK REQUIRES MINIMUM CREDIT SCORE OF 650 For each person....no felony /no eviction
