 The dining room has a fireplace (although it is a nonworking fireplace) and the family room / living room is extra large. The master bedroom has a large closet and beautiful french doors. The second bedroom / office also has a large closet. The bathroom is located in the second bedroom / office.
The back door leads out to a brick patio and a large backyard. The front door leads to a private enclosed outdoor courtyard. The house contains a 12' x 12' storage room with extra large built in cabinets. No need to pay for a storage unit! The laundry room is next to the storage room. Washer and dryer is provided. There is no garage for car parking but there is a small semi garage useful for storage with lots of shelving. Work trucks are welcome. There are no deed restrictions or HOA's.
This house is conveniently located between SR 64 and SR 70 just west of I-75. Very easy access to I-75.
ONE SMALL PET (dog or cat) allowed with a refundable pet deposit of $250 as long as there is no damage.
There are 2 houses on this extra large lot. The backyard is shared by both homes although the brick patio is for this home. Landlord lives in the other home and is always available. This is a very friendly, safe neighborhood.
No smoking is allowed inside home. The home is a 2 person maximum rental.
1st, last and security deposit required plus a refundable pet deposit if there is a pet. Good credit score required plus a background check. Proof of income also required. Rent must be no more than 1/3 of income.
The house has septic system and therefore does NOT have a dishwasher or a garbage disposal.

Owner pays trash, water and lawn maintenance. Tenant responsible for electric and cable. First, last & security deposit required.
