Located just off of the Industrial Parkway exit in Saco and a block away from the Shaws shopping plaza this 3 bedroom 2 bath unit in Saco is located in a residential neighborhood with off-street parking for 3. There is easy access to I-95 by Industrial Parkway just a few minutes away. Thriving downtown Biddeford and all it has to offer is a little more then a mile away. Or, grab your towel and head to the beach by UNE just 10 minutes away.

This unit features a private entrance that leads into an open concept kitchen and living room. The living room has new hardwood floors and the kitchen has new tiled floors and includes a dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is a full bathroom with a double vanity sink that would be shared by two of the bedrooms. Down the hall is the on-site washer and dryer included in the unit for the renters. All 3 bedrooms have hardwood floors. The master bedroom has a large closet and a private full bath.

Rent is $2550 - $100 discount (discount for prompt rent, etc) = $2450. First month and security due at lease signing.

This unit is heated by efficient natural gas heating. That, in addition to being a newer build and on the second floor unit, means more affordable heating. Average heating bill is $125/month in the winter ($35 in the summer). Average electric bill is $100. Average water and sewer is $25/month. Owner pays internet and plowing.

Available for June 1st move-in. Minimum 1-year lease required. Ideal candidate will have a minimum credit score of 675 and will have a monthly income of 2.5x rent.

    "Nice walkways, 1-2 mile walk with sidewalks are common in our community. Drivers are courteous and yield to dog walkers. It’s a nice walk… especially in the fall when the leaves are turning color, there are maple as and oaks and ginkgo trees that are a spectacle of color. Very enjoyable."
