Located above the bakery putting out the best cupcakes in the state and just a few feet from some of Middletown's most well known restaurants and gathering spots, this 2nd floor, studio apartment has heat, electric and hot water included in your monthly rental amount. There is new laminate flooring throughout, large closets as well as coin operated washer and dryer conveniently located on this floor. The back porch area is available for you to use and enjoy. No smoking or vaping allowed. A small pet would be considered for an additional $50 per month on a case by case basis. All applicants are required to have strong credit scores as well as strong landlord references.
Interested candidates MUST use listing office application and screening process, no exceptions. Anyone over the age of 18 must apply and the fee is $40 per application.
