Two Street away from Redwood Regional Park,

One street away from the famous Skyline Blvd & Grizzly Peak crest roads, a haven for bicyclists and driving enthusiasts looking for twisty mountain roads and beautiful scenery.

The interior layout of the house is similar to a town house, there are three floors. On the first there is a downstairs living room, on the second floor there is the dining room, master bed/bath, bedroom two, bedroom three and second bath, and on the third there is the upstairs living room, the greenhouse, and the exit to the backyard.

Pets are acceptable, but a deposit maybe required depending on number and type.

There is free parking in the driveway. The garage is intended to be used for storage, but it can open for use depending on need, can be discussed.

Minimum Lease Term is one year.

Renter is responsible for Gas & Electric.
Garbage, Water, & Sewage are covered under base price.

Pets are allowed, but a deposit may be required depending on number of and type of pets, will need to discuss.

Garage is occupied for storage, but additional parking in the garage maybe made available depending on need. Will need to be discussed on a case to case basis.

1st month rent and security deposit is due at signing.

    "Piedmont Pines is a wonderful neighborhood. There is lots of wildlife, trees, and access to hiking trails. There is good freeway access for commuting. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Neighbors really care about one another. There is a great sense of community including annual get-togethers. There are plenty of stores for easy shopping in Montclair. There is also a good variety of nearby restaurants to choose from. "
