2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI find it appalling that their is absolutely no discipline in this school. The students are allowed to be disruptive and unruly. Teachers toss out empty threats and the students know it. It's just sad. When I sat in my son's classes I looked around in utter disbelief. Had I ever attempted to behave this way when I was a student I would have been expelled! When I confronted teachers and even the principal on this matter all I received was a blank stare and a shrugged off comment about how rough the kid's have it in their home lives. REALLY!??!?!? "We have visited the area for decades. The wide smooth beaches, iconic Haystack Rock, and darling village provide hours of fun, athletics, and peaceful contemplation of nature at its best. Surf, run, play, hike, explore.... it's never boring and changes each season. "

"The area this home is situated in is called the West Presidential neighborhood - on the ocean side of Hemlock - the main thoroughfare through town. It is 1/2 block to the beach & 1 block to town's shopping, galleries, and restaurants. It has a reverse floor plan with the main living areas (dining room, living room, kitchen, & 1 master ensuite) upstairs. It also has 2 decks - one with ocean views on the front of the house and the other facing the very large enclosed backyard. Backyard has many seperate areas for relaxation & privacy. Downstairs are 2 more bedrooms with bathrooms & an office or 4th bedroom with fireplace (no closets). This home offers terrific proximity to the beach & town yet very private areas for your enjoyment. Has a 1 car garage, carport, & covered front porch. Beautifully landscaped front & back with gated entrance. Great home for the price in an area where a 1920-30 bungalow goes for almost $1Million!"
