"There are a lot of dog owners. Make sure to have extra yard security if your dog is temperamental with other animals! There will be a decent amount of owners walking their dogs down your street."

"This area is a heavy mixture of old mobile homes, very little pride of ownership. Weeds sky high in the summer time and junk vehicles abound. It would be a good area for urban renewal if they had such a thing in Tehama County. In the summer one good fire would wipe out 3/4 of the homes there. It is sad because it could be a lovely area, and there is basically only one way in and one way out."
